The AI-derived anti-RAPGEF4 mAb is formulated to provide high binding specificity for RAPGEF4 in human, mouse, and rat samples. RAPGEF4 (also known as EPAC2) is a cAMP-sensitive mediator that activates Rap GTPases independently of Protein Kinase A. It integrates cAMP signaling with insulin secretion in pancreatic beta cells and synaptic plasticity in the nervous system.
