Resulting from cutting-edge neural network modeling, this mAb showcases a high kinetic profile for RASA1 detection in multiple orthologs. RASA1 (p120GAP) is a inhibitory regulator that converts active Ras-GTP into its inactive GDP-bound form. It is a critical "brake" on the Ras/MAPK signaling pathway, and its loss leads to uncontrolled cellular proliferation and vascular malformations.
