Mouse Anti-RBFOX2 Recombinant Antibody (RB84)

The anti-RBFOX2 recombinant antibody (RB84) reacts with human RBFOX2. RBFOX2 is a master regulator of alternative splicing during development and the epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). It recognizes the (U)GCAUG motif in introns. RBFOX2 signaling coordinates the production of protein isoforms that drive cell migration and stem cell differentiation; its dysregulation is a major driver of cancer metastasis. The anti-RBFOX2 antibody (RB84) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
