Mouse Anti-RECQL Recombinant Antibody (RE465)

The anti-RECQL recombinant antibody (RE465) reacts with human RECQL. RECQL is a member of the RecQ family of ATP-dependent DNA helicases, which are the "guardians of the genome." It is involved in the repair of stalled replication forks and DNA double-strand breaks. RECQL signaling is essential for maintaining chromosomal stability; mutations in this family lead to syndromes characterized by premature aging and cancer. The anti-RECQL antibody (RE465) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
