Mouse Anti-RGL2 Recombinant Antibody (VS-0326-YC1196)

This product is an anti-RGL2 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting human RGL2. RGL2 is a Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor (GEF) that specifically activates the Ral GTPases. It acts as a downstream effector of the Ras signaling pathway. RGL2 signaling coordinates the Ras-mediated regulation of vesicle trafficking and cytokinesis, playing a significant role in promoting tumor cell proliferation and survival. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC71 and VS-0326-YC72, directed against RGL2 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunoprecipitation (IP).
