CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-RHEB Recombinant Antibody (VS13-YC1002) (CAT#: VS13-YC1002)
The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-RHEB Recombinant Antibody is specific for human and mouse RHEB. RHEB is a small GTPase involved in growth regulation via the TOR/S6K pathway, requiring farnesylation for activity, with pseudogenes on chromosomes 10 and 22. The anti-RHEB antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
