Mouse Anti-RNF207 Recombinant Antibody (RN762)

The anti-RNF207 recombinant antibody (RN762) reacts with human RNF207. RNF207 is a muscle-specific protein that interacts with the hERG potassium channel. It regulates the trafficking and stability of the channel in the plasma membrane. RNF207 signaling is essential for the repolarization of the cardiac action potential; genetic variants in RNF207 are linked to the risk of long QT syndrome and sudden cardiac death. The anti-RNF207 antibody (RN762) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
