Mouse Anti-RNF219 Recombinant Antibody (RN733)

The anti-RNF219 recombinant antibody (RN733) reacts with human RNF219. RNF219 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that participates in the regulation of protein trafficking and degradation. It interacts with the CCR4-NOT complex to modulate mRNA stability. Emerging research suggests its involvement in neurodevelopmental processes and the modulation of the Notch signaling pathway. The anti-RNF219 antibody (RN733) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
