Mouse Anti-RNF6 Recombinant Antibody (RN1075)

The anti-RNF6 recombinant antibody (RN1075) reacts with human RNF6. RNF6 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that primarily targets the Androgen Receptor (AR) for non-proteolytic ubiquitination, enhancing its transcriptional activity. It is frequently overexpressed in prostate cancer, where it drives resistance to androgen deprivation therapy by amplifying AR signaling. The anti-RNF6 antibody (RN1075) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
