Rabbit Anti-RPS6KA2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R05-5E4) (CAT#: VS3-FY1946)
Clone R05-5E4 is a rabbit recombinant monoclonal antibody that shows a high affinity for human RPS6KA2. It cross-reacts with hamster. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We validate the QC result of the antibody using western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The antibody has the positive detection of RSK3 protein by western blot analysis of RSK3 in CHO-K1, Hela lysates and immunohistochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue.
