Growth inhibitory activity of scFvs-Fc to S. aureus ATCC25923. S. aureus ATCC25923 cells were cultured in Luria-Bertani broth containing scFvs-Fc (final scFv-Fc/mixture concentration was 40 μg/mL), physiological saline, or 10 mg/mL of penicillin.
