Recombinant Anti-S100A9 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (IID4B10 var.)

The anti-S100A9 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human S100A9. S100A9, with antimicrobial activity, is linked to inflammatory processes. The antibody has a novel S100A9-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble S100A9 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
