Human Anti-SA Recombinant Antibody (HPAB-2544LY) (CAT#: HPAB-2544LY)
This product is a recombinant humanized antibody that recognizes serum albumin. The antibody bound to human SA, rat SA and mouse SA under both pH 6.0 and pH 7.4. The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.

SDS-PAGE analysis of HPAB-2544LY in non-reduced (lane 2) and reduced (lane 1) conditions. Gel stained for 30 minutes with Coomassie Blue. As a result of different β-mercaptoethanol-reduced proteins (Heavy chain and Light chain) migrate as about 50 kDa and 25 kDa, respectively.

ELISA analysis of HPAB-2544LY was performed by coating with Human SA Protein. Then blocked with BSA and incubated with HPAB-2544LY. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 2000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.
