The R09-5B4 recombinant monoclonal antibody has been carefully developed to selectively target human SAMD9. The immunogen employed is a synthetic peptide derived from human SAMD9. The molecular weight is calculated to be 184 kDa, with an observed molecular weight of 184 kDa.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R09-5B4 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200).
