It is a recombinant rabbit antibody specific for SERPINH1 (Serpin family H member 1), which is involves as a chaperone in the biosynthetic pathway of collagen. This antibody specifically targets human, mouse and rat SERPINH1. This product has been tested using Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin is 1/500-1/1000 and 1/50-1/100.
