Recombinant Anti-SEZ6 (Sushi Domain 1 x CUB Domain 1) Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv is a biparatopic antibody (bpAb) engineered to bind two distinct epitopes of SEZ6 (seizure protein 6 homolog). This construct features tandem scFv arms. These arms exhibit simultaneous, high-affinity binding to Sushi Domain 1 (amino acids 336-395) and CUB Domain 1 (amino acids 397-508) of SEZ6 protein.

- The protein encoded by this gene is thought to contain five cysteine-rich motifs that are similar to sushi domains, as well as two domains similar to the amino terminal half of the CUB (for complement C1r/C1s, Uegf, Bmp1) domain. Mutations in this gene have been associated with febrile seizures.
