Recombinant Anti-SEZ6 (Sushi Domain 2 x CUB Domain 2) Biparatopic Antibody, Tandem scFv

This biparatopic antibody (bpAb) targets two distinct epitopes of SEZ6 (seizure protein 6 homolog). Its tandem scFv arms were designed for simultaneous, high-affinity binding to Sushi Domain 2 (amino acids 511-572) and CUB Domain 2 (amino acids 574-685) of SEZ6 protein.

- The protein encoded by this gene is thought to contain five cysteine-rich motifs that are similar to sushi domains, as well as two domains similar to the amino terminal half of the CUB (for complement C1r/C1s, Uegf, Bmp1) domain. Mutations in this gene have been associated with febrile seizures.
