Recombinant Anti-SFRP4 Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (CBS6 var.)

The anti-SFRP4 eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human SFRP4. SFRP4 modulates Wnt signaling, related to myocardial apoptosis. The antibody has a novel SFRP4-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble SFRP4 from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
