This product is a recombinant humanized antibody scFv fragment that recognizes SIGLEC7. The peptides recognized by antibody corresponds to amino acid residues 60-69 and 117-127 and have the amino acid sequences of: PVHGYWFRAG and DAGRYFFRMEK. The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography. It can be used for FC, FuncS and other applications.
