Mouse Anti-SIRPG Recombinant Antibody (SI1023)

The anti-SIRPG recombinant antibody (SI1023) reacts with human SIRPG. SIRPG (SIRP-gamma) is expressed on T-cells and binds to CD47. This interaction is involved in T-cell adhesion and the modulation of T-cell responses during antigen presentation. It is essential for effective communication between T-cells and endothelial cells during transmigration. The anti-SIRPG antibody (SI1023) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
