The anti-SLC7A3 recombinant antibody (SL851) reacts with human, mouse and rat SLC7A3. SLC7A3 (CAT3) is a cationic amino acid transporter that mediates the uptake of L-arginine in the brain. It is essential for providing the substrate for Nitric Oxide (NO) synthesis. Its expression is developmentally regulated and is critical for neuronal nitric oxide signaling and vascular tone. The anti-SLC7A3 antibody (SL851) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
