Mouse Anti-SMYD2 Recombinant Antibody (SM1000)

The anti-SMYD2 recombinant antibody (SM1000) reacts with human SMYD2. SMYD2 is a protein lysine methyltransferase that targets both histones and non-histone proteins like p53 and Rb. By methylating p53 at K370, it inhibits its tumor-suppressive activity. SMYD2 is frequently overexpressed in esophageal and liver cancers, where it drives oncogenic signaling. The anti-SMYD2 antibody (SM1000) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
