The Rabbit Anti-SPINK1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human SPINK1. SPINK1 encodes a trypsin inhibitor secreted by pancreatic cells, preventing trypsin-catalyzed zymogen activation; mutations link to pancreatitis. The anti-SPINK1 antibody can be used for Immunohistochemistry (1/100-1/200).
