The product is a rabbit recombinant antibody against human stage-specific embryonic antigen-4 (SSEA-4). SSEA4 protein is a glycosphingolipid and has been linked to disease progression. SSEA4 is a prospective cell maker (e.g. pancreatic stem cell) and is overexpressed in some cancers.
