Mouse Anti-STK11 Recombinant Antibody (ST694)

The anti-STK11 recombinant antibody (ST694) reacts with human, monkey and murine STK11. STK11 (LKB1) is a master tumor suppressor kinase that activates AMPK under energy stress. LKB1 signaling acts as a metabolic "brake," inhibiting mTORC1 and promoting cell polarity. Mutations in STK11 cause Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome and are major drivers of non-small cell lung cancer. The anti-STK11 antibody (ST694) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Flow Cytometry (FC) and Western Blot (WB).
