Rabbit Anti-TAF1C Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-2B9)

CAT#: VS3-FY1892

This anti-TAF1C antibody detected in western blot analysis of TAF1C in K562 lysates. The recombinant monoclonal antibody has been shown to be effective to target human TAF1C. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IP. The R08-2B9 is recommended for dilution of target protein by western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20).

    Glycosylation from GlyGen (Q15572) 3 sites, 1 O-linked glycan (3 sites)
  • Function
  • Component of the transcription factor SL1/TIF-IB complex, which is involved in the assembly of the PIC (pre-initiation complex) during RNA polymerase I-dependent transcription. The rate of PIC formation probably is primarily dependent on the rate of association of SL1/TIF-IB with the rDNA promoter.
