Mouse Anti-TAF5L Recombinant Antibody (TA124)

The anti-TAF5L recombinant antibody (TA124) reacts with human TAF5L. TAF5L is a component of the STAGA and PCAF co-activator complexes. It acts as a scaffold that integrates histone acetyltransferase activity with the basal transcription machinery. TAF5L signaling is essential for the transcriptional program of pluripotent stem cells and the response to DNA damage. The anti-TAF5L antibody (TA124) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
