Rabbit Anti-TARBP2 Recombinant Antibody (clone R04-5I1)

This R04-5I1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is designed to target human TARBP2. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat. It is suitable for use in a variety of assays, including WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. We verify the QC result of the antibody through western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The binding specificity of the TARBP2 antibody was determined using western blot analysis of TRBP in mouse liver lysates.

- Required for formation of the RNA induced silencing complex (RISC). Component of the RISC loading complex (RLC), also known as the micro-RNA (miRNA) loading complex (miRLC), which is composed of DICER1, AGO2 and TARBP2. Within the RLC/miRLC, DICER1 and TARBP2 are required to process precursor miRNAs (pre-miRNAs) to mature miRNAs and then load them onto AGO2.
