Mouse Anti-TBC1D4 Recombinant Antibody (TB101)

The anti-TBC1D4 recombinant antibody (TB101) reacts with human TBC1D4. TBC1D4 (AS160) is a Rab-GAP and a critical downstream target of Akt in the insulin signaling pathway. Phosphorylation of AS160 by Akt inhibits its GAP activity, allowing Rab10 to trigger the translocation of GLUT4 to the cell surface, thereby stimulating glucose uptake in muscle. The anti-TBC1D4 antibody (TB101) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
