Innovative mRNA Format
Using mRNA to express antibodies was a new approach for our lab, and this product worked surprisingly well. We transfected cells and were able to detect the production of anti-TMPRSS2 antibody. It is a very interesting tool for studying this protease, especially given its relevance to viral entry.
Reliable Expression System
We needed to generate the antibody endogenously for a specific assay, and this mRNA product allowed us to do that. The encoding for both heavy and light chains was efficient. We confirmed the presence of the antibody and its binding to TMPRSS2 in our prostate cancer cell models.

How does this mRNA product work?
A: This product contains two mRNAs that encode for the heavy and light chains of a Human antibody against TMPRSS2. Upon transfection into cells, the cellular machinery translates these mRNAs to produce the functional antibody.

What is the purity of the mRNA?
A: The mRNA has a purity of greater than 95%. It is designed for high expression efficiency. The product should be stored at -20°C to maintain RNA integrity.
