Mouse Anti-TNFRSF19 Recombinant Antibody (TN1002)

The anti-TNFRSF19 recombinant antibody (TN1002) reacts with human TNFRSF19. TNFRSF19 (TROY) is a member of the TNFR family with high expression in the developing nervous system. It acts as a co-receptor for Nogo-66, mediating the inhibition of neurite outgrowth. TROY signaling is also an important marker for intestinal stem cells and is implicated in the progression of glioblastomas. The anti-TNFRSF19 antibody (TN1002) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
