Recombinant Anti-TNFRSF6B Eliminating Antibody, pH-Sensitive (VS-0625-YC315)

The anti-TNFRSF6B eliminating antibody is an engineered pH-sensitive antibody against human TNFRSF6B. TNFRSF6B is believed to regulate cell death by suppressing FasL- and LIGHT-mediated apoptosis, acting as a decoy receptor that competes with death receptors for ligand binding. The antibody has a novel TNFRSF6B-sweeping activity in vivo, which selectively eliminatesthe soluble TNFRSF6B from plasma. Compared to conventional antibody, the mAb exerted in vivo efficacy by simultaneously engineering both pH-dependent antigen binding, to mimic the pH-dependent receptor-ligand binding of such endocytic receptors, and increased FcRn binding affinity at neutral pH, to mimic the cell-bound form of the receptors.
