Provided is a monoclonal antibody which specifically binds the LIGHT polypeptide. The antibody can be used specifically in the treatment or diagnosis of immune, inflammatory and malignant diseases or conditions (e.g. inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis and transplantation).
