The CytoStream™ Rabbit Anti-TP53BP1 Recombinant Antibody is specific for human, mouse and rat TP53BP1. TP53BP1 encodes a DNA repair pathway protein promoting non-homologous end joining, influencing recombination and telomere protection, with spliced variants. The anti-TP53BP1 antibody was developed and selected by our CytoStream™ platform and the mAb is recommended for use in flow cytometry staining (1/50-1/100).
