Mouse Anti-TRA Recombinant Antibody (clone αF1) (CAT#: VS-0224-XY133)
The product is a mouse antibody that reacted with the constant region of the α chain TCR not the variable region. This antibody immunoprecipitated TCR αβ heterodimer from HPB, Jurkat, and PBL cells, α chain protein of PMA-stimulated CEM cell line, and a 32 kD in vitro translation product of α chain cDNA. It has proved to be useful in the immunohistochemical staining of human tissues and is a valuable tool in the study of TCR and in the clinical classification of T cell lineage neoplasms.
