Human Anti-TRAIL Receptor TR7 Recombinant Antibody (clone CM005G08)

This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes TRAIL receptor TR7. CM005G08 strongly inhibited the binding of biotinylated TRAIL to TR7, inidicating that CM005G08 and TRAIL compete for binding to TR7.

To ensure accurate estimation of the kinetic parameters of binding of different batches of CM005G08 or TRAIL to TR7 covalently immobilized on the dextran matrix, three separate runs were performed for each experiment. The density of the sensor chip and the flow rate were chosen based on preliminary optimization experiments in order to avoid bivalent binding of the antibodies and mass transfer limitation effects. The observed binding was specific for TR7 as no resonance signal was observed for CM005G08 binding to a control protein TR2-Fc.
