Engineered via advanced deep learning models, the anti-TRAPPC2 mAb exhibits exceptional binding affinity for TRAPPC2 across human, mouse, and rat. TRAPPC2 (Sedlin) is a component of the TRAPP complex involved in vesicle trafficking from the ER to the Golgi. It regulates the secretory signaling pathway and is essential for the transport of large cargo like procollagen in chondrocytes.
