This product is an anti-TRIM10 antibody panel that contains two antibodies targeting TRIM10. TRIM10 (HERF1) is a member of the TRIM family characterized by a RING-B-box-coiled-coil motif. It is primarily expressed in the hematopoietic system and is essential for terminal erythroid differentiation. TRIM10 signaling coordinates the maturation of pro-erythroblasts into functional red blood cells. Two monoclonal antibodies, VS-0326-YC1037 and VS-0326-YC1038, directed against TRIM10 were used for in vitro assays including Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
