Mouse Anti-TRIM17 Recombinant Antibody (TR1087)

The anti-TRIM17 recombinant antibody (TR1087) reacts with human TRIM17. TRIM17 (terf) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase highly expressed in neurons. It acts as a pro-apoptotic factor by targeting the survival protein MCL-1 for degradation. TRIM17 signaling is involved in neuronal death in response to stress and is implicated in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease. The anti-TRIM17 antibody (TR1087) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Western Blot (WB).
