Useful For Autoimmunity Studies
This recombinant human antibody (clone P1M398) is a great tool for studying TROVE2 (Ro60). We used it in Western blots and functional assays related to SLE research. It binds specifically to the expected target and provides consistent results.
Binds Specific Ro60 Region
We appreciate that the binding site for this antibody is defined (amino acids 101-125 of Ro60). This helped us in our epitope mapping and functional analysis. It worked well in flow cytometry and immunofluorescence, giving us high-confidence data.
