Mouse Anti-TTC3 Recombinant Antibody (TT519)

The anti-TTC3 recombinant antibody (TT519) reacts with human TTC3. TTC3 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase whose gene is located in the Down Syndrome Critical Region on chromosome 21. It ubiquitinates and promotes the degradation of Akt. TTC3 signaling acts as a negative regulator of neuronal proliferation and neurite outgrowth; its overexpression contributes to the cognitive defects in Down syndrome. The anti-TTC3 antibody (TT519) has been tested in Immunohistochemistry (IHC).
