Rabbit Anti-TUBA1B (pY272) Recombinant Antibody (clone R06-9Z1)

This product is a rabbit recombinant antibody that is specific to phosphorylated TUBA1B. The target of this antibody is phospho-TUBA1B (Tyr272). The clone R06-9Z1 can be used in WB analysis at a dilution of 1/500-1/1000 and IF analysis at a dilution of 1/50-1/200. The molecular weight of TUBA1B (pTyr272) observed in WB experiments using this antibody is 54 kDa.
