Rabbit Anti-TYMS Recombinant Antibody (clone R08-2F2) (CAT#: VS3-FY1901)
This R08-2F2 recombinant monoclonal antibody demonstrates high specificity in target human TYMS. The antibody is recommended for detection of TYMS protein by WB, IHC-F, IHC-P, ICC/IF, IP. The dilution ratio that is advised for optimal results is as follows: western blot (dilution 1/500-1/1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution 1/50-1/100), immunofluorescence (dilution 1/50-1/200), immunoprecipitation (dilution 1/20). The binding specificity of the thymidylate synthase antibody was determined using western blot analysis of thymidylate synthase in K562 lysates and immunocytochemistry analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsil.
