Rabbit Anti-UBA7 Recombinant Antibody (clone R49-7X-6)

Clone R49-7X-6 is a rabbit IgG recombinant monoclonal antibody that has been meticulously crafted to specifically bind to human UBA7 protein, a calculated weight of 117 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R49-7X-6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), flow cytometry (dilution range 1:50).
