The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R49-7X-6 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), flow cytometry (dilution range 1:50).
