Clone R16-9Z-4 is a rabbit recombinant antibody that has been meticulously crafted to specifically bind to human UPP1 protein, a calculated weight of 34 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R16-9Z-4 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000).
