Rabbit Anti-USP28 Recombinant Antibody (clone R07-3K1) (CAT#: VS3-XY3537)
This antibody is a recombinant rabbit antibody targeting the USP28 (Ubiquitin specific peptidase 28), which involves in G2 DNA damage checkpoint. The antibody specifically reacts with human USP28. It has been reported for use in Western Blot, Flow cytometry, Immunocytochemistry or Immunofluorescence. The recommended dilutions of Western Blot, Flow cytometry and Immunofluorescence is 1/500-1/1000, 1/50-1/100 and 1/50-1/200, respectively.
We specialize in custom recombinant antibody production, offering seamless execution from provided sequences to high-quality antibody deliverables, ensuring optimal yield and purity.

- Function
- Deubiquitinase involved in DNA damage response checkpoint and MYC proto-oncogene stability.
Involved in DNA damage induced apoptosis by specifically deubiquitinating proteins of the DNA damage pathway such as CLSPN.
Also involved in G2 DNA damage checkpoint, by deubiquitinating CLSPN, and preventing its degradation by the anaphase promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C).
In contrast, it does not deubiquitinate PLK1.
