This R53-7I-7 recombinant monoclonal antibody specifically binds to human USP39 protein, a calculated weight of 65 kDa. It cross-reacts with mouse, rat.
The following recommendations serve as a starting point for assay optimization. The actual working concentration may vary and should be determined by the user. The R53-7I-7 is recommended for detection of target protein by western blotting (dilution range 1:500-1:1000), immunohistochemistry (dilution range 1:100-1:200), immunofluorescence (dilution range 1:50-1:200).

- Plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing as a component of the U4/U6-U5 tri-snRNP, one of the building blocks of the precatalytic spliceosome.
Specifically regulates immunoglobulin gene rearrangement in a spliceosome-dependent manner, which involves modulating chromatin interactions at the Igh locus and therefore plays an essential role in B-cell development (By similarity).
