Mouse Anti-USP7 Recombinant Antibody (US866)

The anti-USP7 recombinant antibody (US866) reacts with human, monkey, mouse and rat USP7. USP7 (HAUSP) is a deubiquitinating enzyme that acts as a master regulator of the p53-MDM2 axis. It stabilizes both p53 and its E3 ligase MDM2. USP7 signaling also regulates the stability of epigenetic factors like DNMT1. Because it maintains oncogenic stability, USP7 is a high-priority target for small-molecule inhibitors in cancer. The anti-USP7 antibody (US866) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blot (WB) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
