Mouse Anti-WDFY3 Recombinant Antibody (WD805)

The anti-WDFY3 recombinant antibody (WD805) reacts with human WDFY3. WDFY3 (ALFY) is a massive scaffold protein essential for selective autophagy. It recognizes ubiquitinated protein aggregates and bridges them to the LC3-containing phagophore via its FYVE and LIR domains. ALFY signaling is critical for the clearance of neurotoxic protein aggregates, such as mutant Huntingtin, protecting neurons from proteotoxicity. The anti-WDFY3 antibody (WD805) has been tested in Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Flow Cytometry (FC).
