Rat Anti-WDR12 Recombinant Antibody (WD954)

The anti-WDR12 recombinant antibody (WD954) reacts with human WDR12. WDR12 is a component of the PeBoW complex (PES1-BOP1-WDR12), which is essential for the processing of 28S and 5.8S ribosomal RNAs. WDR12 signaling coordinates ribosome biogenesis with the cell cycle; its disruption triggers a p53-mediated nucleolar stress response, leading to growth arrest and apoptosis in highly proliferative cells. The anti-WDR12 antibody (WD954) has been tested in Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and Western Blot (WB).
